Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to the funding team, fostering their development and enhancing production goals. Collaborate with leads to develop their managerial skills and ensure cohesive team function. Utilize comprehensive funding expertise to make exceptions when necessary.
- Handle Escalated Calls and Inquiries: Manage escalated calls and inquiries from internal teams, including outside sales managers.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee team performance to ensure achievement of established monthly funding goals.
- Build Dealer Relationships: Establish personal relationships with dealers and make yourself available for escalated calls from dealer partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and procedures, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Funding experience within a Team Lead role.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must be a Subject Matter Expert in all policies & procedures within funding.
- Must be well organized to keep records of employee performances that are easily accessible, especially for Mid-Year/End-of-Year reviews.
- Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.
- Strong leaderships skills and interpersonal.
- Ability to coach and develop Team leads withing the funding production.
