Experience:15Yrs-15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / SDET roles with deep expertise in testing, automation, and modern AI-assisted QA processes.

About the role:

As our products and AI-driven features continue to expand, we’re looking for a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer to help us scale QA through AI and automation.
You’ll play a key role in modernizing our QA ecosystem by leveraging AI tools, optimizing test coverage, and improving automation speed and accuracy.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, PM, and DevOps teams across the U.S., Canada, and India to ensure the quality of our growing portfolio of AI-powered products, including:
AI Assistance in Campaigns (e.g. AI-powered campaign creation)

AI Assistance in Start Search (Copilot)

AI Assistance in Profile Enrichment

Insights for Profile Enrichment

Company List Generation

Responsibilities

  • Scale QA operations using AI tools and frameworks
  • Use AI technologies to enhance testing coverage and automation across multiple teams and locations
  • Write, execute, and report comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for web and backend systems
  • Accelerate CI/CD automation pipelines and improve test coverage analysis
  • Identify changes across repositories and commits to help QA focus testing efficiently
  • Champion best practices for testing, automation, and AI integration in QA processes

Skill Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Claude, Cursor, or Cody
  • Strong understanding of QA automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins), and issue tracking tools like Jira
  • Experience using Bitbucket, Git, and browser development tools
  • Strong coding skills in one or more languages: Typescript, Java, Python, or Shell scripting
  • Proven ability to integrate AI into QA workflows for test generation, coverage analysis, or automation acceleration

Competencies

  • Ability to guide and mentor engineers on leveraging AI tools in QA and development
  • Strong ownership and multitasking skills
  • Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams (PM, DevOps, Engineering)
  • Ability to design, scope, and manage large-scale test strategies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
