About the Role:As the Director of Brand and Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Filevine's brandidentity and amplifying our voice across all channels. You'll be a strategic leader, overseeing atalented team of designers, copywriters, and videographers, and ensuring our creative visioncomes to life.
Responsibilities:
● Brand Strategy & Vision:
○ Develop and implement the long-term brand strategy, ensuring consistencyacross all touchpoints.○ Understand the user experience across multiple channels and surfaces, toprovide best-practice critiques and recommendations○ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.○ Analyze brand performance and make adjustments to the strategy as needed.○ Manage brand perception and reputation.
● Creative Leadership & Execution:
○ Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals (designers, copywriters,videographers, etc.)○ Optimize the way the creative team works within Filevine to meet strategiccompany and marketing goals.○ Develop the creative strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and lookacross all platforms (website, marketing materials, social media, etc.)○ Oversee the creative process, from concept development to execution.○ Stay updated on design trends and technologies.○ Manage creative budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time.
● Collaboration & Communication:
○ Act as an in-house Creative agency to various departments includingmarketing, sales, product, recruiting, and C-suite to ensure brand consistency.○ Develop and implement brand messaging and communication strategiesacross all channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in brand strategy and creative leadership and 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand campaigns.
- Extensive experience in managing and inspiring creative teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and content marketing.
- Experience across the full palette of brand expression: print, OOH, events, experiential, digital, social media, film, and motion
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Passion for Filevine's mission and the legal tech industry (a plus!).
