We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter in India who knows how to connect with senior engineering talent, the people who build real systems, not just write code. Your focus will be sourcing and engaging with AI/ML Engineers, Robotics Developers, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists for our client who is in the autonomous mobility industry.
This is not a volume-sourcing role. It’s a consultative recruiting desk designed for someone who understands technical depth, reads between the lines of a job description, and can hold their own in conversations with senior engineers.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex engineering and data roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in AI, robotics, and software engineering.
Use advanced search techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities.
Screen candidates for both technical depth and cultural alignment.
Partner directly with Everyday People’s leadership and global client teams to define hiring priorities.
Create high-impact candidate outreach that reflects our client’s brand and the Everyday People standard — no spam, no scripts.
Track pipeline activity in Zoho Recruit and deliver consistent, data-driven updates.
Requirements
We’re not interested in résumé spam. We want recruiters who can hunt intelligently, build relationships, and understand what “good” actually looks like in a senior engineering profile.
You’ll fit this role if you have:
3–6 years of experience recruiting technical talent,ideally for startups or product-based companies.
Proven success filling roles in AI/ML, Data Science, Backend, DevOps, Embedded Systems, or Robotics.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate mapping.
Strong understanding of engineering stacks (Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ROS, etc.) you don’t need to code, but you need to get it.
Ability to communicate confidently with both engineers and hiring managers globally.
Demonstrated success working remotely in a self-managed, results-oriented environment.
