Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring for laboratory and scientific roles. This is a remote position, ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage end-to-end recruitment for laboratory-related roles (e.g., Lab Technicians, Chemists, Microbiologists, R&D Scientists, QA/Compliance staff, and Lab Managers).

·Partner with hiring managers and/or client stakeholders to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

·Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and industry-specific channels.

·Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical expertise and cultural fit.

·Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified laboratory professionals for current and future hiring needs.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

·6+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-4 years focused on laboratory or chemistry related hiring.

·Proven ability to fill niche technical roles in life sciences, food safety, pharma, or related industries.

·Strong knowledge of laboratory functions, terminology, and skill sets.

·Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines.

·Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

·Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent sourcing tools).

·Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions in parallel.
