JOIN THE TEAM

The Sales Enablement Manager ensures that GTM staff are equipped with the appropriate knowledge and skills to maximize their effectiveness during customer interactions. This involves developing and delivering training programs, creating content related to product and service offerings, and leveraging technology to provide information quickly and accurately throughout the organization. The Sales Enablement position is a remote role in a virtual company and requires an innovative approach toward sharing knowledge with the GTM-team. Enablement works with senior executives to develop strategic plans for the development of the GTM team based on a data-driven approach. The goal of this position is to increase pipeline conversion rates, reduce time-to-full productivity for new hires, and increase satisfaction and adoption of existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding program for new joiners within the GTM team.
  • Work with existing team members to develop new approaches and coach them on existing approaches to optimize sales results.
  • Manage the Everstream University our internal and customer facing enablement portal.
  • Create material and assets to support the GTM-team’s effectiveness.
  • Keep the GTM team up to date on latest developments within the supply chain risk management space.
  • Leverage sales automation tools like Salesforce, Gong and Demandbase to deeply understand individual development needs and effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Develop best practices to share across clients and provide strategic consulting to help clients leverage the full suite of Everstream’s functionality.
  • Be an advocate for knowledge sharing and successful cross functional collaboration.

Skills and qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong affinity towards digital solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the GTM-team and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Salesforce. Experience with Gong and Demandbase is a plus.
  • Continuous learner, flexible and open-minded, positive attitude
  • Collaborative, team player

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Software as a Service Sales (SaaS) experience is a plus
  • Experience in Supply Chain Risk Management is a plus
  • MEDDIC experience is a clear plus
