The Opportunity:
The Sales Enablement Manager will be an integral member of our Global Sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global scale empowering our sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. This person will collaborate across teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer teams and leadership) to drive results, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
This position allows for remote work, enabling you to contribute from anywhere in the US.
Key Objectives for the Sales Enablement Manager:
- Fuel sales potential and revenue growth by playing a key role in our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for optimized outcomes.
- Adept at conveying complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly, enhancing team comprehension and performance.
- Apply strong critical thinking to pinpoint inefficiencies within sales processes, innovating solutions to streamline operations and amplify productivity.
- Employ a comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, leveraging expertise in sales enablement tools and technologies to optimize team performance.
- Embrace a data-driven approach, utilizing analytical skills to assess training program effectiveness, identify areas for enhancement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create comprehensive educational materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning and development initiatives, equipping team members with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
- Tailor training initiatives to cater to diverse learning styles among team members, ensuring personalized development opportunities that foster skill enhancement and growth.
- Stay up to date on FinTech Payments industry best practices and technology, and incorporate content into training programs to maintain thought leadership and competitive edge.
- Manage and communicate enablement portfolio, overseeing launches, updates, and success metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize enablement initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimization to drive maximum impact.
- Conduct thorough enablement research and discovery activities, gathering insights to inform strategy and decision-making, thereby enhancing program efficacy and relevance.
- Develop a unique leadership style, leveraging personal passions, strengths, and values to inspire and motivate team members towards excellence.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters open communication and feedback, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage and maintain internal sales knowledge base, ensuring accessibility of relevant information to empower team members and drive informed decision-making.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Dynamic communicator skilled at engaging reps proactively and driving change.
- 3+ years of experience in high performing sales enablement or training roles.
- Passion for solving complex problems.
- Intellectually curious self-starter comfortable with identifying new and innovative training methods.
- Comfortable working with a highly technical sales process and complex multilayered financial infrastructure.
- Technology related B2B / SaaS / FinTech experience preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or demonstrate equivalent and relevant work experience.
