Everbridge is seeking a Proposal Manager to assist the sales team by providing support to meet sales targets and internal initiatives. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for building sales proposals, project managing RFI/RFP responses, and maintaining the RFP database.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience completing proposal submissions and/or bid documents
- 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations (a plus)
- Prior experience with a technology or SaaS Software company (a plus)
- High level understanding of internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking
- Experience interfacing with business and technical teams
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment
- Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO/Responsive
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized and driven by success, achievement, and recognition
- Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and persuasive confidence
- High energy level and a “can do” attitude
- Strong time management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com application (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields (a plus)
