Brief overview of the project
The Client Executive (CE) will be a long-term freelance agent, working on a project-basis in Philippines being responsible for establishing, nurturing, and servicing client relationships with specific set of accounts; working closely with the Singapore sales team. The CE will promote Euromonitor International’s products and service suite in the Philippines market; leveraging on some existing relationships farmed thus far by the Singapore team alongside heavily involved in independently hunting for new business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key sponsors, influencers and decision makers at target companies including medium & large multi-national corporations, Financial Institution and Government agencies in Philippines and ensure that you understand their roles, objectives and business challenges.
- Cultivate prospect list and explore untapped sales opportunities within the designated territory;
- Generate and qualify new sales leads for the Euromonitor solution suite in the designated territory;
- Be solution oriented. Existing or prospective Euromonitor’s clients may come to us with challenges. You will be their trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals;
- Provide client consultations and presentations about Euromonitor solution suite; delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients and product training to existing clients;
- Drive customer satisfaction as well as overall account success and growth, focusing on key activities designed to ensure a successful engagement, including management of client queries;
- Partner with key client stakeholders to understand business initiatives, and to identify opportunities and challenges within the relationship;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ideally business-related fields
- Prior sales experience to large mutli-national corporations is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills in client servicing;
- Growth mindset who seeks to build relationships down and upwards the client hierarchy;
- Self-motivated professional with the tenacity, drive, commercial awareness and persuasiveness to find the right contacts within accounts;
- Deep knowledge of how and when medium and large (national and multinational) companies purchase and consume data insights to support strategic business decisions;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Being a CE means being able to listen, ask insightful questions, and challenge the status quo;
- Ability to manage expectations and timelines of internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve positive results;
- An effective problem solver and commercially astute
