EquipmentShare is searching for an experienced Regional Manager of Tooling Solutions to support our businesses in the Northeast & Southeast. The ideal candidate will be based out of AL, TN, GA, FL, MD, VA or NJ.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with other EquipmentShare team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Supports the region with training, identifying opportunities and engineering jobsite layouts
• Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare Tooling Solutions division
• Provide technical support and manage various projects and efforts
• Work with branch personnel to ensure projects are accurately planned, delivered, and mobilized
• Travel required across the northeast/southeast

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of experience in tooling or equipment rental.
• You have strong leadership skills and a solid record of assisting customers with a variety of specialized needs.
• You’re able to learn quickly and immerse yourself in the product, solution or tool no matter how complex it may be, in order to effectively educate and inform prospective customers.
• You have technical knowledge of equipment.
• You’ve got the ability to accurately size, quote, install and manage multiple large projects related to EquipmentShare’s Advanced Solutions.
• You can juggle numerous tasks and projects of competing priority at once.
• You’re able to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers, and you have solid public speaking skills.
• You’re a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
