This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week or can be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Technical delivery of solution components based on the ServiceNow Platform. Define technical solutions in collaboration with the ServiceNow platform architect. Assist development teams with resolving technical issues through all stages of project lifecycle. Drive continuous growth of knowledge and adoption of the ServiceNow Platform through certifications, internal/external webinars, case studies, training, community and other resources. Establish deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members. Build constructive working relationships with ServiceNow and vendor resources. Assist with establishing ServiceNow product roadmap. Ensure project delivery complies with architectural standards and framework.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field and 2 years of experience working on the IT Asset Management product within ServiceNow. Two years of experience to include: ServiceNow IT Asset Management product focusing on configuration and development; and designing solutions inside the framework of SDLC. One year of experience to include: Delivering solutions via the Agile Methodology; and working with Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAFe Agile.
