Equip is a virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program that offers a dedicated care team to individuals. The Product Support Associate will be the first point of contact for employees or external customers seeking technical assistance and will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to learn and grow in a product support role.
Requirements
- Associates or bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Demonstrate ability to consistently follow processes
- Quick learner with a strong interest in mastering new technologies
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to think critically
- Participate in after-hours or weekend support as needed
