The Manager Shared Services is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, handling complex inquiries, and providing leadership to a team of Specialists. The incumbent collaborates with crossfunctional teams to continuously develop and implement new ways to efficiently address Clinicians and Clinical Support teammates' needs.
Requirements
- Manages employees by supporting, coaching, training, and performing evaluations
- Handles in-scope services, serving as the subject matter expert for all related inquiry support
- Ensures AskHR tickets are routed appropriately and escalates issues to stakeholders as needed
- Assists in the resolution of moderately complex and escalated teammate inquiry issues
