Identity & Access Management Specialist

Overview

The Identity & Access Management Specialist I is responsible for all new account creations, changes, and terminations in the active directory, Homecare Homebase, OnBase, Enclara, and all other identified third party applications and portals managed by IT.

This is a fully remote position but the person hired for this role should reside within driving distance of an Enhabit office.

Responsibilities

• Provide privileged identity management support
• Account Administration/Provisioning in Active Directory (add/change/delete)
• Provide problem resolution to customers and teams to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Operate within IT security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring user profiles, creating and reviewing security violation reports, and investigating security exceptions
• Accurately update work requests in a ticketing system
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and service requests

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree.
• Must have experience with active directory, account provisioning, and auditing.
• At least 2 years of relevant identity and access management experience preferred
• Previous experience troubleshooting and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with SOX requirements and procedures preferred.
• Previous experience adhering to security standards, policies, and procedures preferred.
