Position Title:
Business Systems Analyst
Position Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst, your primary functionis to understand complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements. You will act as the technical bridge between commercial ops & customer-facing teams—including Sales and Customer Experience—and the Internal Business Applications team to ensure technical initiatives align with business goals. This role requires strong project management to lead initiatives, manage backlogs, andmaintainconsistent communication with key stakeholders.
WhatYouWillbeResponsibleFor:
Requirements Gathering: Meet with business leaders across Sales and Customer Experience toidentifypain points and opportunities forleveragingtechnology.
Functional Specification: Translateidentifiedbusiness needs into detailed technical requirements to be passed to the IBA team for execution.
Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between commercial operations and counterparts in the internal business systems applications department.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system initiatives, ensuringtimelyfollow-up with stakeholders and adherence to project timelines.
Backlog Management: Support the product backlog for enterprise systems by prioritizing features and improvements based on strategic alignment and business value.
System Testing: Lead and execute comprehensive testing activities, including unit, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across Workday and Salesforce systems and reporting.

Salesforce Proficiency: Proven experience working within the Salesforce platform to support business processes.

Compensation
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between$71,000and$95,000DTNis a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limitedto:prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may bemodifiedin the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
