What is the Role:
Dtex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team in achieving its goals. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, optimizing sales performance, and providing critical support to the sales leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to the success of a growing company. This role requires a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

What You Will Do:
  • Contract Management : review customer contracts, including but not limited to NDA’s, MSLA’s, evaluation agreements and Service agreements.
  • Pricing approval: Create and assist in creating quotes for our Channel, Federal and commercial Sales teams ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
  • Sales Process Management: Streamline and manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, qualification, tracking and follow-up. .
  • Risk Management: identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
  • CRM Administration: Maintain and optimize the CRM system(Salesforce, Clari, Tackle.IO) Ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Assist with CRM training and support for Sales team members.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team. Monitor key performance indicators and track sales metrics.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, resources, and documentation to support the sales team in achieving their targets. Coordinate sales training sessions and onboarding for new sales hires.
  • Sales Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and projections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations.

We are looking for you if you have/are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, or a similar role .
  • Experience with reviewing contracts and pricing approvals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Clari)
  • Experience with Tackle.IO plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Channel, Federal and Commercial business.
  • Experience with SAAS Contracts

Base salary range (SF Bay Area): $80k-$110k.
