The Product:Dotdigital is an all-in-one customer experience and data platform(CXDP)that empowers marketing teams to exceed customer expectations with highly personalized cross-channel journeys. About the Role

As Product Manager(FreshRelevance), you will be part of the Experiences pod, working closely with the Senior Product Manager(FreshRelevance). You will take responsibility for specific product areas and initiatives that make Fresh easier, more enjoyable, and more effective for our customers.

Your work will span the entire customer journey — from onboarding, through day-to-day usage, to reporting on success — ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, stable, and enables customers to get maximum value from the product.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, customer success, and product marketing teams, always keeping customer experience, usability, and reliability at the forefront.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own the product development for specific areas of the Fresh Relevance platform

  • Drive improvements across the Fresh customer journey — ensuring onboarding is smooth, usage is intuitive, and reporting is insightful.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for your areas of responsibility, from concept to launch, including working with development teams within an Agile framework, ensuring the delivery of on-time and value-adding features.

  • Help ensure Fresh and Dotdigital platforms are well-integrated to support seamless experiences for joint customers.

  • Conduct continuous product discovery, using customer feedback, product analytics, and usability testing to identify and prioritise enhancements.

  • Work with UX designers to make workflows and interfaces straightforward and easy to understand.

  • Define and track success metrics for your product areas, feeding results into future planning.

  • Collaborate with customer success teams to identify friction points, then design and implement improvements.

  • Contribute to release planning and launch approaches for your areas, working with Product Marketing to ensure clear communication to customers.

About You

  • You have demonstrable experience managing parts of a product lifecycle — from discovery and scoping through delivery, launch, and iteration — within an Agile environment.

  • You are motivated by improving usability, stability, and overall customer success.

  • You have experience working closely with multiple functions — engineering, UX/design, customer success, product marketing — to deliver value.

  • You have strong empathy for users and can translate complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.

  • You are highly organised and can prioritise effectively to keep work moving forward.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate product decisions and priorities.

Bonus points

  • Experience with SaaS products, ideally in marketing technology or personalization platforms, is preferred.

  • A technical background or the ability to learn/understand technical concepts is helpful.

  • 20 minute call with Hiring Manager or the Head of Product to tell you about the role and learn more about you.

  • 1 hour interview with 2 members of the product team.

  • Final 1 hour interview with 2 members of the product team.
