The Associate, Customer Enablement will help customers realize more value from the SevenRooms platform by executing customer lifecycle communications, building and QA automated journeys, and running adoption and activation reporting.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in Customer Success operations or related industries
- Proficient using data and insights to optimize a digital customer journey
- Comfortable working with BI tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a cross-functional work environment
