About Us:

Docsumo is Document AI software that helps enterprises capture data from customer documents and analyze that data for automated decisions. We seek motivated and energetic Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting in various outreach activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunitiesQualify leads through strategic outreach via email, phone calls, and social media channels
  • Assist in creating and optimizing email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leadsCollaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead-generation activities and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of USA market experience in cold calling, business development and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to call 80+ people a day to generate 1 appointment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Apollo, Linkedin and Hubspot CRM
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
