The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role plays a key part in delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance across the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of monthly customer financial deliverables
- Oversee subcontract submissions and modifications
- Review monthly subcontract invoices and work with POCs to fix descrepancies
- Work with lead financial analyst to maintain accurate foecasting and prepare financial presentations
- Monitor subsidiary timecard issues and work with resources to fix descrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis
Strong Excel skills
- Must have an active Secret clearnace.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
