At the Digital Harbor Foundation, we are passionately dedicated to fostering innovation, technical advancement, and entrepreneurship by empowering youth with essential digital age skills. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, we have transformed a former recreation center into a vibrant, state-of-the-art Tech Center where young people from all backgrounds can come together to learn, create, and explore the limitless possibilities of technology. We firmly believe that access to opportunity is a fundamental right, and we are committed to democratizing societal and economic well-being through digital equity for everyone. Our mission is driven by a desire to increase diversity in the technology sector and provide innovative education that prepares the next generation for the challenges and opportunities of the future workforce.

We offer a comprehensive range of programs designed to spark curiosity and build practical skills, including after-school tech clubs, immersive summer camps, and targeted workforce development initiatives. In our labs, youth learn to code software, design intricate 3D prints, build dynamic websites, and work hands-on with emerging technologies. Beyond our direct service to youth, we are actively working to bridge the digital divide through Project Waves, our community-based internet service provider that connects underserved families to affordable, high-speed home internet. Furthermore, we support educators and other non-profits through our Center of Excellence, sharing our successful 'rec-to-tech' model to help others create similar high-impact learning environments in their own communities. We are deeply committed to using technology for the public good and building a more inclusive, equitable tech ecosystem for all.
