Requirements
- 5+ years in clinical, healthcare, or product operations with a proven track record of owning measurable outcomes
- Strong ability to define KPIs from first principles and use data to drive decision-making
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical system requirements
