What you'll do
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics to promote our laboratory diagnostic products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback from healthcare providers to the product development team to enhance product offerings.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our services.
What you’ll have accomplished 12 months from now
- Developed a deep understanding of DELFI’s product and how to successfully market it to healthcare practitioners
- Driven broad adoption of DELFI’s FirstLookLung test with targeted providers and achieved sales quotas
What you'll bring to DELFI
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics industry
- Strong understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (40 - 50%)
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Valid drivers license
