Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for an HRIS Implementation Manager to lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel's suite of HR products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR data migration experience
- 1+ year in HR implementation or customer success
- Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively
- Experience with change management in enterprise settings
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in HR systems and related tools
- Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
