Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical non-profit that equips Christian students to share the gospel with their peers at public schools through coaching, mentoring, and student-led outreach events.

About Decision Point

What began as a vision to reach students for Christ has grown into a nationwide movement. Founded in 2002 by Warren Willis under the name National School Project, the organization started with a singular focus: to equip Christian students to share the gospel with their peers at public schools. Recognizing that students themselves are the most effective missionaries to their classmates, the ministry developed a strategy of coaching and mentoring student leaders to host outreach events and Bible clubs on their campuses.

Over the years, the organization expanded its reach beyond its Southern California roots. Under the leadership of Mark Hopson, who became President in 2017, the ministry rebranded as Decision Point to better reflect its mission of bringing students to a point of decision regarding their faith. Today, Decision Point operates in multiple states, including California, Illinois, and Colorado, and utilizes an online coaching program to reach students in areas where they do not yet have physical staff. Through student-led rallies, gospel resources, and mentorship, Decision Point continues to empower the next generation to proclaim the gospel until every student has heard.
