Turning Point Action is a prominent 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and political advocacy group based in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk, it operates as the sister organization to Turning Point USA, with a distinct focus on direct political activism and election-related activities. The organization's primary mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots leadership and to provide voters with the necessary resources to elect conservative leaders at both the local and federal levels. Unlike its 501(c)(3) counterpart, Turning Point Action is legally permitted to engage in more direct partisan political activity, allowing it to play a significant role in election cycles.

The organization is well-known for its 'Chase the Vote' initiative, a strategic ballot-chasing operation designed to mobilize low-propensity conservative voters in key battleground states. This effort involves deploying hundreds of full-time field organizers to engage with voters, encourage early voting, and ensure ballots are cast and counted. Turning Point Action also focuses heavily on recruiting and training Precinct Committeemen to reshape party leadership at the local level. The group organizes large-scale rallies and events featuring high-profile conservative figures to energize supporters. Following the passing of founder Charlie Kirk in September 2025, the organization is currently led by CEO Erika Kirk, who continues to drive its mission of grassroots mobilization and political advocacy.
