About Leadership Pathway
Leadership Pathway emerged from a critical gap in church leadership development: the disconnect between formal ministry education and practical, sustainable on-the-ground training. The founders recognized that too many young leaders were entering ministry without adequate support, leading to burnout and attrition. They created a two-year residency program designed to bridge this gap, pairing emerging leaders with churches that provide intentional mentorship and real-world experience.
Today, Leadership Pathway has grown into a network of churches, colleges, and ministry organizations across North America. They've vetted thousands of candidates and coached hundreds of church leaders, having placed nearly 200 ministerial residents through their system. The organization offers not just candidate placement but comprehensive training programs including masterclasses, webinars, and ongoing coaching for both residents and the churches that host them.
