Program Manager, AWS Strategic Partnership

In this role, you'll be joining a dynamic team at the forefront of transforming healthcare data connectivity. Our team’s charter is to drive strategic, repeatable, and/or innovative use cases that require healthcare data exchange. As a key player within this team, you will drive a strategic project (co-build and co-market/sell) with AWS owning the overall program, communications, collaboration both internally and externally, and stakeholder management. Your contributions will not only shape the future of our technology but also enable Datavant to bring new products to market. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as a high visibility role for one of our top initiatives.

You will:

• Develop a full end to end project/program plan including technical, marketing, and sales milestones and interdependencies to launching product.
• Manage internal communication on progress, milestones, roadblocks and facilitates alignment across the organization including executive readouts.
• Grow relationships with AWS partners, facilitate AWS+datavant roadmap and GTM planning sessions, and act as the single point of contact for program success.
• Track progress of project/program, flag at risk items, and develop approach to resolve roadblocks.
• Manage resource allocation, RACI, and involvement of teams (Product, Engineering, GTM, CX, Legal, Marketing, Privacy etc) across Datavant.

What you will bring to the table:

• Collaborative approach - ability to work across multiple team members, create a successful cross-functional environment, and influence individuals towards a common goal
• Organization and structure - develop detailed project plans across product, engineering, GTM, marketing, legal, security, and privacy
• The 10,000 and 10 foot view - Identify and track interdependencies towards product launch (include external dependencies from our cloud partners)
• Stakeholder management - Manage key stakeholder relationships - build relationships, garner trust, and influence
• Clear communications - Communicate with customers to learn what they need, and how we can deliver it + effectively communicate between Datavant and our cloud partners at both the C-level leadership and working team level

Bonus points if you have:

• Executed large projects or acted in a program manager role previously
• Worked with large cloud providers or channel partners
• Gained experience or certifications with Amazon Web Services
• Been a part of a scrum / sprint team

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks (competitive San Francisco rates for US-based roles) and industry best practices.

Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000 - $169,000.
