Acentra is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As a Program Manager at Acentra Health (AH), you will be pivotal in supporting our successful delivery of the Full Potential Analysis (FPA) initiatives designed to continually improve the organization’s fiscal health and operational efficiency. In this strategic role, you will be accountable for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception through completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your role will focus on supporting and achieving the full potential of our business strategies in partnership with business line leaders and leads.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the strategic direction and execution of all customer experience initiatives to ensure the delivery of outstanding service across all customer interactions.
  • Leveraging technology, data analytics, and customer insights to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy, thereby contributing significantly to the company's growth and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects according to the project timeline and milestones. Manage dependencies and resolve conflicts within the program.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project status updates, potential changes, and decisions needed.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle.
  • Proactively identify risks to the successful completion of the initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
  • Measure project performance against targets and other key metrics using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Work with project leads to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project and financial documentation to ensure all business objectives are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and communications

Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field or 5 or more years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the consulting industry and or with Private Equity clients.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Excel), methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
