Business Development Specialist

Job brief

We are looking for a Business Development with excellent communication and marketing skills. The job entails taking zoom calls with our clients and communicate their requirements to the team and vice versa.

Responsibilities

We are a recruitment agency and we're hiring sales executive for business development.

You will get clients who have signed contracts with us. Your job would be to contact them and build a relationship. They will give you jobs to find candidates for. We will provide you with resumes for every job they post. All you will have to do is to keep communication open and help them choose a candidate.

You will make $800 to $1500 basic salary plus 5% commission. You can make anywhere form $3k to $10k a month

With all the backend support provided for you, all you have to do is to communicate with clients and coordinate things.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good ability to train people
