Dandy is a tech company transforming the dental industry through technology and innovation. We're looking for a Senior Operations Associate to support our highest priority incubation projects, including building a machine learning-driven dental design engine.

Requirements

• Analyze complex business problems and develop structured hypotheses
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Gather and interpret data from various sources
• Create compelling presentations to communicate complex data
• Develop and maintain project plans and trackers
• Own and drive specific workstreams within a larger engagement
• Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks to project completion
• Exhibit a strong bias for action and a proactive approach to overcoming project obstacles
