Launch Trainer

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and innovation, and we're looking for a Launch Trainer to deliver a world-class onboarding experience to new dental practices. As a high-impact, customer-facing role, you'll guide practices through engaging training sessions and continue coaching them on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills
• Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset, empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely
• Highly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touch points
