Manager Business Systems

Dandy is seeking a Manager, GTM Business Systems to lead the people, craft, and analytical capability of our GTM systems analyst function. The manager will own the team responsible for building, configuring, and continuously deepening our mastery of GTM systems.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of direct people management experience over business systems analysts, Salesforce administrators, or comparable technical and functional roles.
• 5 or more years working in or closely alongside GTM systems, with Salesforce Sales Cloud as your primary platform.
• Salesforce platform fluency sufficient to evaluate your team's work with a real opinion.
• Hands-on analytical capability.
• An accountability-first leadership style.
• A genuine investment in developing people.
• Strong written communication.
• A process orientation that shows up in how your team operates.
• Experience with contractor management and SaaS vendor relationships.
