Dandy is seeking a Field Marketing & Events Lead to own the vision and execution of its field marketing and hosted-event programs, blending high-touch experiences with a data-driven approach to B2B growth.

Requirements

  • Plan and execute a comprehensive calendar of Dandy-hosted events
  • Create scalable operational frameworks for end-to-end event logistics
  • Proactively identify and negotiate high-impact sponsorships with dental associations nationwide
  • Own field event performance reporting
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership
  • Provide management and professional mentorship to a direct report
  • Travel to events for onsite execution and support
