Dandy is seeking a Director of Training & Enablement to lead the end-to-end training function across its Manufacturing and Dandy Design Center operations globally. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in training, workforce development, or operational enablement, with significant time spent in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to build and manage a distributed team
  • Strong analytical instincts
