Provide system and end-user support with a focus on the Performance Management module in Oracle HCM Cloud. Perform analysis, problem resolution, and review quarterly releases. Communicate changes, enhancements, and define needs, benefits, and strategy.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
- Develop advanced knowledge of HCM cloud
- Plan and support migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches
- Develop and execute test plans and scenarios
- Communicate and resolve issues
- Focus on the employee experience
- Develop procedures, guidelines and documentation to support end-users
- Facilitate formal and informal training sessions as needed
- Consult with functional owners to translate system needs into technical requirements
- Propose and communicate requirements to the Analytics team for reporting and dashboards
- Provide new and innovative solutions to help solve application challenges
- Provide production support and ensure data integrity
- Ensure compliance with SOX processes
- Perform miscellaneous activities as assigned by manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree
- 5 or more years of experience in Human Capital Management systems
Equivalent Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree/2-year Degree
- 7 or more years of experience in Human Capital Management systems
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems, preferably Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of HR, Performance Management, Mentorship, and Succession business processes
- Ability to define functional requirements and specifications
- Ability to interact effectively with people of varying functional knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR end-users
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and react quickly to changing priorities
- Strong customer service, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to think outside the box to find creative and effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
