We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will:

Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for partnering with software development teams to ensure production-ready deployments in our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. This role architects and maintains our continuous delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps, Argo CD/Workflows, and implements GitOps practices across our containerized environments. The Senior DevOps Engineer leads the design of observability solutions, automation strategies, and deployment patterns that enable safe, scalable software releases while maintaining system reliability and performance.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

• Apply Agile Principles to guide development and operations processes, fostering continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

• Oversee Configuration and Installation of software and systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.

• Conduct Application Monitoring and Systems Performance Analysis to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal System Performance Optimization.

• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing System Reliability, including disaster recovery and high availability solutions.

• Provide Leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Software Development teams to integrate operational considerations into the Software Development lifecycle.

• Participate in Software Testing efforts, including automated testing, to ensure the quality and stability of releases.

• Contribute to Systems Architecture Design, making informed decisions on technology selection and infrastructure scaling.

• Perform advanced Troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex production incidents.

• Facilitate Team Collaboration across development, operations, and other cross-functional teams.

• Develop and deliver Technical Training to internal teams on new tools, processes, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, OR Equivalent practical experience with demonstrable expertise in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure
