We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of telecom solutions across BSS/OSS platforms. This role focuses on product modelling, configuration, and solution design, working closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to ensure high-quality and scalable implementations.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will:

  • Develop knowledge across telecom BSS/OSS domains, including Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management

  • Build expertise in telco product modelling and system configuration

  • Configure solutions in alignment with business requirements and solution design

  • Provide technical consultancy to internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities, design approaches, and best practices

  • Apply TM Forum standards in areas such as product modelling, service decomposition, and order fulfilment

  • Support end-to-end solution delivery, including impact assessment and configuration activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BAs, Devs, Architects) to refine and implement solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues during build and testing phases

Is this opportunity right for you? We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working in telecommunication BSS/OSS environments

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role

  • Hands-on experience with Product Catalog and Pricing configuration

  • Proficient in BPMN modelling

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

  • Eager to learn and build deep technical expertise

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Camunda BPMN

  • Knowledge of XSLT and mapping configurations

  • Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs (e.g. TMF620, TMF622, TMF641)

  • Understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes in telecom
