Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for IT services tailored for government clients, with a focus on secure cloud transformation.

  • Align product goals with strategic priorities from internal stakeholders, government mandates, and citizen-facing initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, government stakeholders, and internal leadership to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence.

  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product features with an understanding of government procurement cycles.

Innovation & User-Centric Design

  • Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring products meet the unique needs of government agencies while incorporating the latest in cloud-native technologies.

  • Drive continuous product discovery through user research, feedback loops, and performance metrics.

Metrics & Delivery

  • Establish KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and compliance readiness in cloud-based government IT environments.

  • Lead agile product development cycles, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional prioritization.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or cloud product management, with a strong focus on highly secure, regulated environments (e.g., GovCloud, FedRAMP, DoD, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models—particularly in government-regulated cloud ecosystems.

  • Proven success in driving large-scale, secure, and compliant platform initiatives from concept to execution.

  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements in public sector cloud environments.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, legal, and government stakeholders.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, product vision, and leadership in high-stakes, mission-critical environments.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs for product success.
