The company is looking for a Launch Intern to join the Information Technology Service Desk Team. The role will involve providing support to CrowdStrike employees with computer hardware and software issues, and working with end users directly. The internship will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic, robust, fast-paced and challenging environment, and to expand breadth of knowledge, constantly learn new technologies and processes, and solve difficult problems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, information systems with passing out year of 2028
- Desire to solve technical problems

- Customer service mindset with Problem-solving skills
- Experience with macOS and Windows Operating Systems
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

- Must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution
