Job Responsibilities:

• Support trading activities in Crypto and FX markets, ensuring seamless execution and superior service.
• Stay updated on market trends and dynamics, utilizing the client's advanced market analysis tools.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes via various communication platforms, offering competitive bid and ask prices.
• Confirm trades and manage the booking process with precision and compliance.
• Take ownership of trading operations and client support, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of proprietary systems and technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trading or related financial roles, with a strong understanding of crypto and FX markets.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in using various communication platforms for client interactions.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and expertise in price discovery.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving meaningful insights from market data.

System Requirements

• At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
• A webcam
• Noise-canceling USB Headset
• Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
