Technical Operations Specialist (CORE)

The Technical Operations Specialist will work closely with the Sales Team, Operations Teams, and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize their tech stack
• Oversee tool renewals, upgrades and/or downgrades during new user onboarding and offboarding
• Spearhead vendor and tool sourcing for the organization, which includes product demos, price negotiations, and stakeholder presentation
• Provide technical support to the Sales Team, including maintaining Hubspot dashboards, users, and reports
• Develop and maintain sales support materials, including technical documentation, product specifications, and training materials
• Trigger automation between Zapier, Google Workspace, and HubSpot and fix automation errors
• Recommend improvements in the overall operations of the organization, including tools, security, budgets, and compliance
• Oversee sending proposals and agreements to prospects and clients
• Generate reports for the Stakeholders to review monthly achievements and proposals from the Operations Department

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical operations
• Experience working for a startup
• Experience in leading a team is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM and automation tools is required
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
