Product Owner - CDP at Credera work with a mix of client and delivery teams located both onshore / offshore to bring big ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Product Owners are integral to helping us build better products that people love to use for our clients.
Responsibilities Include:
Technology:
- Able to define and create user flows and journeys for Customer Data Platforms (AEP preferred)
- Collaborate with technical teams to create data flows between various data warehousing, analytics and Customer Data Platforms
- Assist developers in defining audience segments with scalability and market strategy in mind
Product Strategy:
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Align the product strategy with the overall business and organizational goals.
Product Planning:
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer and business needs and adjust accordingly based on changes in organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set achievable goals.
Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories (Jira tickets) outlining what needs to be built.
- Groom stories with tech leads, developers and QA to ensure their understanding of product requirements to enable them to write technical stories and/or sub-tasks to achieve the desired outcomes.
Sprint Management:
- Serve as Scrum Master of their assigned Scrum team
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the development process.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work with QA teams to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Understand team velocity & burn downs (the amount of work a Team can tackle during a single Sprint)
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business unit to monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights.
- Make decisions on product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life considerations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing / Digital Assets Product Management
- 2+ years of Product Owner
- 2+ years of experience in CDP with knowledge of Adobe Experience Platforms (AEP)
- Knowledge of multiple integration points of the technology stack:
- CDP, Adobe Experience Platform (preferred)
- Kitewheel
- Kafka – real-time streaming data pipelines
- Understanding of Data Marts, Master Data Manager (MDM), Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Visualization
- Great communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Good research, product demo and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Understanding of business value around feature/functions
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA function and product development
- Outstanding organizational skills
