Our category-defining ‘RiskOps’ solution drives better underwriting decisions by operationalizing underutilized data investments and surfacing real-time risk and portfolio insights. We focus on putting insurance underwriters back in the driver’s seat, helping them meet their goals while providing an important service to society.
As the Content Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and maximize the use of impactful content across various channels and audiences. The ideal candidate possesses superb writing skills and strategic acumen, and is adept at simplifying complex topics into engaging, easily comprehensible narratives. Collaborating closely with key partners across marketing, this individual will play a critical role in helping us drive brand awareness and educate our target audience to drive inbound traffic.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft original content in a variety of formats, from blog posts and articles to white papers, infographics, videos, and more.
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with our immediate and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Partner with product marketing, demand gen, field marketing, and external agencies to map and optimize content across the buyer journey.
  • Champion best practices in grammar, writing, and style.
  • Measure and report on content performance; refine strategies based on insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of content marketing experience in the B2B tech/enterprise software space, background in insurance or fintech is a strong plus.
  • Robust portfolio of published work showcasing strong English writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into digestible content.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities. Proficient in devising strategies for disseminating content across a variety of lengths (long-form + short-form) and formats (blog posts, video, interactive, audio, etc).
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and ability to execute on SEO strategies that drive results.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to deliver feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
