Operations Manager

We are searching for a mid to senior-level operations manager to join our foundational operations team. This is a mission-critical role that will have significant ownership of the future of the business and key projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives

• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs

• Recruit, train and supervise staff

• Find ways to increase quality of the customer experience

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or Project Manager

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

• Experience budgeting and forecasting

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational skills

• High proficiency with Airtable and Google Drive

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
