The Impact of a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy Field Operations to Coupa:
Coupa is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy Field Operations to cover the APAC region.
This role will drive maximize/enhancement sales performance to promote the growth of the business across APAC Specifically, it involves planning sales strategies, measuring KPIs, visualizing data and performance, analyzing situations. Based on these metrics, actions will be taken like guiding the sales team or collaborating with other stakeholders.
It is important to build relationships with the sales team and collaborate with the global sales strategy and field operations teams. Communication skills are also important, as is the ability to provide feedback for improvement even in difficult situations and convince the other party. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement Sales strategies that align with the Coupa global goals and objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and track global sales programs to support both local execution and corporate objectives.
  • Ensure consistency across key commercial operations, including demand generation, forecasting, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to refine segmentation, coverage, and territory planning aligned with global go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Enablement and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to deliver sales enablement programs and support annual commercial planning, including quotas.
  • Provide coaching based on the global sales framework and contribute to strategic initiatives through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Fluent in English with 5+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a regional or global context.
  • Proven ability to design and execute sales programs, with strong skills in strategy and analytics.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and proactive.
  • Familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
