Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Ability to run marketing programs within region, focusing on PC Components as the main aim but with ability to execute specific initiatives for other product lines.
- Ability to provide technical insight, working with the technical marketing specialists on their areas of expertise to generate professional discussions, contents and initiatives.
- Ability to bring products to market (GTM), especially for custom-made regional products. As well as to plan campaigns targeting PSUs, Cases and Cooling to compete with market leaders.
- Plan and develop specific regional communication contents including website PDP, videos, newsletters, E-commerce contents ...etc.
- Ability to do analysis of the market to ensure that the above is directly focused on the German market needs, competitor analysis and landscape overview.
- Ability to devise and work with cross function teams to increase technical consumer engagement. To liaise with external customers and internally with the PR, Technical marketing, Community marketing teams to ensure that we continue to push current initiatives and push them further.
- Stay up-to-date with shifting industry trends, client demographics and expectations, and key stakeholders' requirements.
- Identify and track relevant performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals and make recommendations for improvement opportunities.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy that encompasses all media and communication channels.
- Allocate the marketing budget and other resources to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Marketing experience within the PC hardware sector is a must.
- Extensive knowledge of the German market, resellers, media partners and such.
- Fluency in German and English is a requirement, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Must be a local candidate with a legal work permit; no relocation available.
