Your impact
Correlation One runs successful educational programs because of the incredible talent we hire through our “Expert Network”. Our Expert Network is made up of educators, career success professionals, and curriculum writers who facilitate our programs. This includes Teaching Assistants, Lead Instructors, Curriculum Designers and Career Success Coaches. These contractors are hired for our specialized programs and often, once they join us for a program, continue to return to work with us again. They join C1 in a temporary, contractor capacity, often while holding full time roles elsewhere.
As a (Contract) Senior Program Recruiter, you will support the project management and successful recruitment of our Expert Network. This role will include sourcing amazing talent, interviewing, interview and scheduling coordination, while providing white glove experience to all candidates and internally to our hiring teams.
This is a non-traditional, high volume recruitment role. The success of our programs means hiring on time, every time, and requires an extremely high attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while staying calm under deadline pressure. This role also requires extensive relationship management and stellar written and verbal communication. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships, offer recruitment solutions and move our talent forward quickly.
This role is a 6 month, 40 hour/week contract position, with the possibility of contract extension, based on need.
A day in the life
- Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer
- Provide white glove candidate experience and communications
- Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high quality candidates, at volume
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
- Process offers and track hires through Worksuite
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and provide solutions to improve time-to-hire, sourcing techniques and overall process improvement
Your expertise
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume, contract or contingent talent environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and time-to-hire.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously under pressure.
- Stellar written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building skills for engaging both candidates and internal teams.
- Experience in recruiting for ed tech, higher ed, or specialized expert networks/content roles is a significant advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to think critically and learn quickly, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

- This role is remote and should be located in Latin America, compatible with the EST time zone.
The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets.
