What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience handling various fields including Finance, Admin, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales and Business Development.
- Experience in headhunting/recruitment firms is required.
- Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases and ability to identify and access new professional networks required
- Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in fast-paced and results-oriented environments, independently manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities with sound judgment to serve both employee and organizational needs.
What will you do?
- Manage the selection process for all open positions, including requisition management, position descriptions, recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference checks, salary negotiations, and on-boarding.
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches based on findings.
- Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of talent acquisition.
- Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria in the job descriptions or requirements.
- Conduct candidate prescreening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates.
- Collect relevant personnel documentation.
- Negotiate the compensation rate and packages.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers regarding status and outreach/response for all positions.
- Develop creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks)
- Develop easy to use recruitment templates and forms, such as CV templates and reference check forms. Evaluate and improve recruitment and related processes.
- Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.
