Salary: P40,000 – P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM– 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Timezone)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Working experience in using Zendesk
- Working experience in using any CRM tools (Epicor Eclipse experience is a huge advantage)
- Keen to details
What will you do?
- Audit, review, source, process incoming online orders.
- Data entry of vendor payables and tracking the status of purchases
- Advising customers of status of their orders and addressing any concerns regarding their orders
- Check Zendesk for pending or unassigned tickets and make sure all tickets are resolved within the day
- Amazon Store order management
- CRM management
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
